What is Nordic Walking?
Put simply, Nordic Walking is brisk walking with poles.Using the specially made Nordic Walking poles and learning the specific walking technique, activates the muscles in your upper body as well as the lower body. Learning the correct way to use the poles is essential to see and feel the benefits that Nordic Walking can bring.
